Rules:

πŸ‘ Once I have invoiced you for your deposit, payment is expected within 24 hours.

πŸ‘ Unpaid invoice(s), spam post/messages, results in the person to be blocked & removed from the page. No exceptions.

πŸ‘ Payments are due at the end of the service BEFORE we step foot out of your home. If you do not pay for the service before we leave your home there will be a $25 late fee added onto your balance owed.

πŸ‘ If you do not pay for the service by 11:59pm the day the service was done, there will be legal consequences and you will be unable to book a service with us again.

β€’ At this time, I only take payments through square, cash or check.

πŸ‘ REFUND POLICY:

β€’ Refunds will not be given unless I need to cancel the appointment for any type of emergency. If you need to cancel your deposit can be used towards a future cleaning. If you are not satisfied with the service we will offer to come back and fix the issue but you are still required to pay the full remaining balance.

As my business continues to grow, I have realized some things that needed to be readdressed or changed so that I can run my business more smoothly. I’ve had a good bit of reoccurring issues which has resulted in these changes to be made and needed to be readdressed. Thank you all for understanding! I appreciate all the support!
