Rules & Policies
PAYMENT: All payments are due at the end of your cleaning. Accepted: Cash, Check, Venmo or Zelle. Late payments incur a $25/day fee.
PRICE CHANGES: If extra work is needed, I will confirm any price changes before proceeding.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please give 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours = 50% of service cost.
SUPPLIES: We bring all of our own supplies and tools. If you prefer specific products, please provide them.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Not Happy? Contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no charge. Refunds are not provided.
HOW TO PREP: All we ask for you to do as preparation for your cleaning is to pick up common items. Toys, clothes, towels etc. Just so we can mainly focus on cleaning. Bedding must be stripped off of the bed and a new set of sheets must be out in sight. Cleaner will not go looking for linens.
If the home owner prevents the cleaner from entering a certain room, the room will be skipped, however, pricing will remain the same.
Cleaner is not responsible for cleaning up any bio hazards. (pet urine, feces, blood vomit etc.)
